Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing! I've had memberships to other gyms, but I didn't have the motivation to get going or stay going. The F45 classes are structured so well and by my third class, I was completely hooked. I love that each class is different and really is a full body workout in just 45 short minutes. Brooke, Kristin, Keith, Annalise, Chase & Taylor are all great trainers! They're motivating in their own ways and the fact that each class has 2 trainers, means you're truly getting the attention you need to ensure correct form and to avoid injury - or to get modified exercises for existing injuries. I've only been attending for about 3 weeks, but it really feels like such a comfortable and encouraging environment that I look forward to going to, even at 5 AM! I would highly recommend starting with the 3-week trial, because you truly start to see results and feel stronger in that time. I would highly recommend F45 and I'm grateful to have found a gym that keeps me motivated and excited for class.

Experiencia fantástica: The best trainers, facility, and workout system that you will ever encounter. For a focused workout with a personal trainer approach, it's definitely appropriately priced too. The people that go and the trainers themselves are really what make it fun and why I'll never leave.

Experiencia fantástica: Love the trainers they are kind and caring. Really enjoy the classes they push you to your limits which is exactly what I need. You feel great after each class. I really enjoy the unity of everyone working out together. I would definitely recommend this place!
