Experiencia fantástica: Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere with professionals who truly want to help you achieve your goals. My confidence grew tremendously in a short period of time here. I wish I could have stayed longer but unfortunately I moved back out of state. It’s very hard to find another place or even CrossFit gym near me that is as great as this one!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is GREAT!!! This was my first time doing crossfit and I could not be more happy with my experience. The changes it has already made in my life are priceless. The coaches are so helpful and EXTREMELY encouraging. No matter what level of fitness you are currently at, they always make you feel right at home and just as important as anyone else in the room.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been coming here for over a month and love it! This place is welcoming and diverse! Everyone says hi, and you feel like you belong there from the 1st day on. Everyone helps and motivates. What I love best is that all coaches make sure you have the correct body mechanics for safety. Al lot of the exercises can be motified, especially for me as a beginner with boo boo's. The fundamental class was amazing. All rules are layed out and the facility just like the gear is clean and in a good condition. Give them a try! You won't be disappointed!

Experiencia fantástica: This place is awesome! Super supportive staff and members. Proper form is always practiced, I have not seen any injuries since I've been going, and I have been going for a few months now. The coachs are quick to step in and politely correct you if they see an unsafe or improper movement. The owners are awesome, and so encouraging. It can be challenging at times, but then again, some of the best things in life only come when you put in the work.
