Experiencia fantástica: I am so grateful for Core 7! After taking classes for a few months I was away for a couple years. When I came back I was surprised that some of the instructors still remembered me, and those who didn't were eager to learn my name. The variety of classes make exercising truly fun, and the meditation and sound bath classes are perfect for mind and soul. It is clear that the instructors and everyone in class truly care about each other. I always leave feeling stronger, healthier, and joyful.

Experiencia fantástica: I have tried many gyms over the years. This is my favorite gym to go to by far. The workouts are amazing! I have loved all of the instructors. My favorite things about Core 7 are that they have no impact workouts (something that prohibited me from really working out since my last baby) and they have created such a positive environment. I would recommend this gym to anyone looking for a more personalized experience.

Experiencia fantástica: I love the workout I get in these barre classes. Of all the machines and classes and exercise routines I’ve tried this has provided the quickest and most noticeable changes in my body. And all the teachers are so kind and positive and prepared that classes are uplifting mentally as well. Great for any level or body type.
