Experiencia fantástica: Love working out at this spot! The classes, trainers and energy is what keeps me coming back. Highly recommended for all levels of fitness individuals with whatever goals. My goal is to maintain physical fitness and it’s working out great so far!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love F45! I’ve been a member for less than three months and feel stronger than ever! The vibe is always motivating and welcoming. As soon as you walk in the door you are greeted by Morgan who is always ready to motivate you. I absolutely admire how the team takes the time to show you the proper way to do an excercise to avoid injury and encourage sustainable progress specifically will, Logan and Haley. I really admire the hype and encouragement from KJ and Liston. All the trainers are definitely always cheering you on! Highly recommend if you want to see susntainable change, become stronger and enjoy your body.

Experiencia fantástica: This is my 6th week here and I am absolutely loving it. I work 60+ hours a week and it’s nice being able to go and get a good workout in without having to put too much thought into it. The days are broken up into cardio/strength days, so you get a good mix in throughout the week. The whole staff is very friendly and always make you feel comfortable going in. Would highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Very clean facilities! I work nearby and this has been a great way for me to exercise and wait out the busy traffic hours. I’ve been away working out for at least a year now and this has kicked my butt… but in a good way! The trainers are really capable and nice. They also help me by finding modifications for difficult moves and encourage you to push through the tired. Highly recommend for someone who needs a change of pace!
