Studio Barre San Juan Capistrano

Experiencia fantástica: I can't say enough good things about this studio. For years, I looked for exercise I actually ENJOYED. Barre is AMAZING. You feel SO ELEGANT even if you've never done dance (I haven't). And the instructors are so knowledgeable with zero "pressure to perform". They help ALL levels and they make you feel incredibly comfortable. Lindsay is my favorite and she does SUCH a good job of learning everyone's name and making them feel included. 10am class is my fav!! Give them a try. YOU WON'T REGRET IT!!

Experiencia positiva: Mind blown! What just happened? Ha ha. It's all good I was able to get changed and learn about Studio Barre history from Ryan the owner. I also want to thank... Lisa?... I'm sorry I could not remember what the instructor's name, but don't worry I won't forget the class. Ouch! Barre is one of the most unique workouts! I always equate Barre with child birth. I think if you ever want your husband to feel your pain or not have kids take him to Barre class. All the pulsing, tucking, extending, and ball squeezing will make most guys cringe, but for the dudes that survived this class we are proving that guys can hang! :) All kidding aside I feel that my core has been tweaked and stretched in many different ways. I don't know how many muscles are located in the abs, love handles, and entire body, but they all are saying hello this morning. Darn I dropped some money from my wallet... Oh never mind it's not worth it. Let me just jump out of bed this morning. Oh wait.. I will just roll back and forth until my feet find the ground. Let's just say my morning workout did not happen. Thanks Again! I truly enjoyed this class. I was very happy with my abilities to keep up with the class. I found myself making grimacing faces in the mirrors while everyone else was smiling and hiding their pain very well. The struggle was real, but tried to put on a smile and remember that beauty is pain.
