Experiencia fantástica: Outstanding gym/CrossFit place. The people are wonderful. The coaches are well trained. They work with your strengths and weaknesses. Feels like a family. Highly highly recommended.
Experiencia fantástica: Every time I am in town I drop in at Lifeworx. They are so friendly, awesome workouts, and great use of space. I am there a couple of times a year and every time they remember my name. It is definitely one of the best boxes I have visited.
