Experiencia fantástica: Moved to Tarzana and found this gym. It's fantastic! The owner and all coaches are amazing folks and the classes are great. What really pulled me in was the fact that they also have free weights a smith machine and a squat rack - so I can get boxing/KB sessions in and also get my weight training in.

Experiencia fantástica: Found my new workout spot guys! I've been wanting to bulk up so I've been looking for some new things to add to my workout. A buddy suggested that I try boxing, and told me about this place in Tarzana. I've been twice so far and definitely plan on going back! The facility is really good and the staff is very helpful.

Experiencia fantástica: Looking for an intense-a** workout??? You've found your place. Their classes beat a gym session by far. They say 60 minutes burns around 1000 calories. A thousand, folks. Come here to punch it out, squat and lunge, plank, use the medicine ball and let them calories burn. Full-body workout for sure. I went for my Free Trial Class and Manager Set me up with hand wraps and gloves and a mean 60 minute class. It wasn't just with the bag either! We were doing all sorts of exercises non-stop. The trainer kept us going strong. The first shot is free ! What are you waiting for !!!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym with a supportive environment both from the trainers and the other people training at the gym. Classes vary in content and focus based on who's teaching and if they're focusing on boxing or kickboxing, which serves to mix it up and stay fresh. Membership also includes use of the facilities and workout equipment at any time during their extended hours!
