Teqneeq 24 hour Gym

Experiencia fantástica: I joined this gym a little over a year ago. To say that it was _instrumental_ to my mental/physical fitness recovery would be an understatement. I've been conflicted about writing a review for this gym because I didn't want it to be inundated (it is THAT good). This gym has the most mindful and intentional owner/leadership I have seen in a private business. It's immaculate. It's deliberate. It takes its mission seriously and expects the same of its clientele. My favorite aspect of this gym is how it expects from its customers what it expects from itself. It's serious about being serious. If you want a place to workout without the clamor; the phones; the crowds; and the fluff -- well, this is the place.

Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been in to fitness & lifting weights for over 35 years. I’ve done everything from bodybuilding, to Power Lifting, CrossFit, Spin Class and Olympic Weightlifting. In my honest opinion Teqneeq is a great gym for any of those exercise modalities. It’s super clean, and all the equipment is extremely well maintained. The owner, Dom and his staff are very responsive to the needs of the members. Dom is always looking to upgrade the facility and bringing in the best & newest equipment to provide the most epic training environment in all of San Diego. If you’re serious about training, or just a recreational lifter who wants a great gym; you’d be hard-pressed to find a better facility anywhere. If you’re on the fence, I highly recommend you take a tour and decide for yourself.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been with Teqneeq for one month now, so I figure it's a great time to leave a review! (Before going to Teqneeq, I was a long haul member of your local big box gym. I did not enjoy going there, I just felt uncomfortable and out of place. I went maybe 10 times in 5 years) Once I started with Teqneeq, I have put a workout in every day that I can spare some time. It's a breath of fresh air, I never get nervous working out here. Every piece of equipment is meticulously laid out, and not to mention... intuitive for the beginner! The gym is clean and temperate. Most important to me, I have access to this gym anytime I choose to go. I still have a long way to go, but I can actually see a path forward to my own health and wellness, thanks to Teqneeq and Dom. Experiencia fantástica: This is an incredible place to be if you like a great environment with outstanding people and what I think is the best equipment and facilities in the county. I've been coming here for awhile and if things change they only get better. Its a very comfortable environment and relaxing too which lets me focus on why I come here.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this place. Great facility. As soon as I first walked in there was a comforting feeling and my visits here have been great ever since. I cannot think of a bad experience. I would recommend this place to someone who has never been in here without a doubt.
