Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great! The workouts are always challenging and the trainers are always motivating! The trainers know your name by your first visit and check in often to see how you’re doing. There are other F45 gyms closer to my house, but I choose to drive a little further because I love the atmosphere and energy at the downtown location! The trainers are awesome and always make me feel welcome. F45 has already made a huge difference in my physical and mental health. Try it out, you won’t regret it!

Experiencia fantástica: Clean and comfortable atmosphere. The trainers are very encouraging while also helping you with your form throughout the whole class. I’ll definitely be going back!
