Experiencia fantástica: This is a gem of a gym! Golds always has represented a quails gym, Golds Callghan provides a great experience. I've made it my home gym proudly. I started utilizing a certified Golds trainer and that was the greatest gift I could give myself. The thought process my trainer Joseph has taken to help me reach my personal goal has exceeded my expectations. He has taken into consideration my age, injuries and schedule to provide me a great foundation to continue to build on. I've lost 3 inch from my waist, toned up and has really turned my weaknesses into strengths. Not all gyms are equal, take the time to stop in, ask for my guy Joseph and start TODAY.
