Experiencia fantástica: The gym owner Mario is very professional and dedicated to help you reach your fitness goals. I was greeted and welcomed as soon as I stepped inside the gym (box). The coaches are very involved and are always happy to help with any questions you may have. Good community and atmosphere, best part is that is dog friendly!

Experiencia fantástica: We drop in once a year while visiting family and are welcomed by Mario like old friends. Classes are well coached. You will get the help you need. Being in our 60s, that is a real plus. Thanx, Mario, for a great experience every time in every way!

Experiencia fantástica: SACF has gone above and beyond to help me grow as an athlete! I had no real CF background before coming here, but the coaches were patient and willing to adjust any movement that best fit ME! I also don’t get the sense of selfish competition here, but more of those who want to get better at what they do! And that makes things more comfortable for someone who has had no experience!!
