Experiencia fantástica: I've joined other "group fitness training" and it's never the same thing. There always 2 team members (coaches) to help guide us through. The workout is intense but they also support going at your own pace. I never really felt comfortable in group setting workout because I always felt intimidated...I'd do 2 days and never go back, due to my own insecurities. This is my 6th class and I have never felt more comfortable, postive,supported (staff and members!!)& motivated. Most importantly" I FEEL GOOD" mentally & physically. Member's are all different sizes & ages, we all support each other and we are all here for a reason. The staff is knowledgeable in keeping your posture correct.. Staff makes sure all equipment is clean & machines/other equipment is properly working. Riza,Leslie,Azu,Geoff,Kimberly,Yuki,Emanuel and Francisco for recommending F45 San Rafael... definitely worth the bridge toll n drive.

Experiencia fantástica: Great welcoming atmosphere and good training! Functional weights (strength) was exactly what I needed to add to my otherwise active life, yet - not to my surprise - I noticed I absolutely love their cardio classes too. I like the fact that you move fast from station to station. For me, however, the best part is their staff. Owners Mike and Kyle and the trainers are all super friendly and they have managed to create a very nice atmosphere. I have been training with F45 San Rafael since their day 1 which gives away how much I like them.
