Experiencia fantástica: If you want real sense of community and knowledgeable coaches, Tamalpais Crossfit is where you want to be. I moved to Marin 6 years ago and needed a new gym and a new community to be a part of. I reached out to other gyms around the Marin area and found that all they cared about was money and memberships. I never got a friendly vibe. After checking out 3-4 other Crossfit Gyms, I emailed Meshelle and Michael at Tamalpais Crossfit. I got an immediate response that welcomed me to check out the gym at no cost and with no strings attached. I signed my waiver and joined that day after my first workout. I have now been a member for almost 4 years and can’t imagine ever leaving. The coaches give you immediate feedback and make sure you don’t lift incorrectly. They go over every movement and get you warmed up before jumping right into your workout. You can ask questions about dieting, lifting and the coaches are happy to help you with your goals whatever they may be. Injured? No problem! The coaches can modify workouts for you and your abilities and disabilities. The other members at Tamalpais Crossfit are welcoming and care about getting to know you. Experiencia fantástica: J'adore Tam Crossfit! I have been there both as a drop in and as a member. The coaches are really knowledgeable and the members are friendly. It's a huge facility. The neighborhood is sketchy, but the best crossfit boxes always are in sketchy neighborhoods.

Experiencia fantástica: I started at Tamalpais CrossFit a year and a half ago and can honestly say my life has changed because of it. The coaches are encouraging, supportive, and positive giving me the drive to try my hardest. I have met some of my closest friends at Tamalpais Crossfit and it has become a second home to me. I cannot say enough good things about this gym!
