You'll literally surround yourself by the most disciplined and motivating people you've met. And not only does it teach you self-defense and boxing, but it'll help you with your self-esteem and you're gonna get a hell of a workout. And you'll learn how to box like a mfing badass. Experiencia fantástica: I have been going to Rock Boxing Gym for 2 months. The Coaches are really great, Coach Danny, Coach Garfield and Coach Bee. I am 67 with physical limitations. They modify my workouts for me. I love it. I had to step up my workouts so I thought I would give the gym a try. Sooo worth it. I am becoming stronger and the exercises are giving me more mobility in my knees. I find myself with more energy and focus throughout the day. The hours they have give everyone a chance to workout. I love the friendliness of everyone there. Woman are taking their health and safety serious. The children classes is so nice to watch they learn so much. The after Covid movement and exercise is so healthy for everyone especially the youth. The men going there have a chance to reach their dreams of a healthier body or if they want to become a professional fighter it's there. They give you five free sessions to try it out to see if it's a fit for you. I recommend Rock Boxing Gym if you or a love one is looking for a more one on one or classes you have coaches that works with you as an individual. Hey give it a try there is no age or limitations at Rock Boxing hope to see you there. I am the only that loves to dance while my coach says rest ???? For an old gal I am doing pretty dang good.

Experiencia fantástica: Love love love rock boxing! The owner Danny is amazing he really shows compassion for all our children. Gives to the community more than just a running facility. He is a soulful honest and real coach! That you have to be born with! Respect is always given and received ed. He laughs smiles and pushes you in a way where you can’t help but coming back over and over again! Give it a try you will not be disappointed.
