Experiencia fantástica: I am in St. Louis visiting from Nashville Tennessee..... Decided to stop in for a workout! The front desk staff was super friendly. Not only was the workout equipment and prestine condition, but I especially liked the technology of the equipment.... it kind of "rocks with your body" as you use it, which makes it really gentle on your joints.. The locker rooms were also in excellent condition and very clean.

Experiencia fantástica: Came in as guests from out of town. A lot of great equipment, so you can find the style of Fitness training that works for you. Sports Performance, powerlifting, functional training, and classic machines and a range of cardio equipment make this a well-rounded facility. Plenty of space, nice patrons, clean floors. Everything you could want from a fitness facility!
