Experiencia fantástica: When finding Now Yoga about a year ago, I knew I found something that I would come to fall in love with. I walked in and met the owner Sarah, who has only ever offered support and kindness to everyone who has walked in the door of her studio. She encouraged me in the beginners course from day one when I was recovering from an accident. Everyone at this yoga studio is unconditionally supportive and gives good energy. We all are a yoga family, practicing with one another and caring. This studio changed me. It made me learn to love myself more, learn to breathe and have patience through practice. To anyone looking for somewhere to feel welcome, this is the place. For anyone who is looking to love themselves and find a hobby that will stick, it is here. All the teachers, are great and each bring something different to the studio. Highly would recommend.

Experiencia fantástica: I will admit - I am not a member here. But I know the owner, Sarah Johnson. She is just the best! I have worked with her on multiple occasions and she has the most wonderful heart and wants nothing but the best for her students and families. If you are interested in what yoga has to offer (or you aren't sure what it's all about and want to know more), there isn't a better place in the area to attend!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a such beautiful, clean, & welcoming studio! Classes are offered from early morning through the evening. And there is something for everyone, whether you want an intense workout or a slow-paced, gentle class. The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, & supportive. Even if you are new to yoga, you will feel at home here!
