Catharsis Strength

Experiencia fantástica: Came in from out of state for a family emergency and wanted to find a gym nearby. Found Catharsis and emailed the owner, Paige, off the contact info on their site. He reached back to me, almost immediately, and I was there and set up to come in for my weeks other 3 workouts within an hour. The place isn't the largest, but it had everything I could have needed, plus more, Paige and the fellow members were very friendly and welcoming, and he charged a very fair price. If you're looking for a gym were you'll want to chit chat next to the elliptical, this place might not be your cup of tea, but if you're looking for a place to pray to the iron gods, put in some real work, make some new friends, maybe get hyped up during a PR, then you should definitely check this place out. Don't be hesitant to check this place out due to their powerlifter/bodybuilder aesthetic, I saw people of all shapes and fitness levels getting to the grind. Reach out to the staff ahead of time, before showing up, as you need to badge in to the place.

Experiencia fantástica: Excellent gym! Though this is a powerlifting & strength sports-focused gym, general lifters and fitness enthusiasts will “fit” right in (pun intended). The owner is flexible and understanding (which was super important during the pandemic), plus it has 24-hour access. What more can you ask for? Would recommend Catharsis 100%.

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym, great atmosphere and great owner! I’m newer to the area from another state and I was recommended to check out catharsis strength. James was extremely welcoming and informative when I arrived. It’s a strong/ supportive and humble community from the people I have met here. All the equipment is in great shape as well as the dumbbells and plates. James definitely takes pride in his gym and equipment. It’s great to come across a gym with every kind of equipment that I need without a big crowd.

Exceptional and knowledgeable couches and friendly staff. Comfortable gym for everyone from beginners to professional athletes to train at. Open 24hrs which is a huge plus!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Catharsis strength is the best training facility in the area for powerlifting, strongman, bodybuilding and everything else in between. The facility is really well maintained and the entire atmosphere is perfect in getting one motivated and in the right mindset. The owner Paige is a great guy who really strives to makes the facility the best it can be for the members. He’s open to suggestions and is very approachable. 24 hr access and an affordable rate. This place is great!!! Come check it out.
