Experiencia fantástica: starting a new gym is always a uneasy feeling even more so after its been 2 years since you last went friendly welcoming environment great owner and easyist and cheapest sign up in the beginning no hidden fees no increasing your membership price after a year passes highly recommend if you don't live in knightstown id recommend trying it out if your withing 40 min of the gym even if your a novice the guys we got at this gym be more then happy to get you on some type of routine or give pointers Tom the beast who owns the place also has programs he can make for you been going over a year now and it's been beautiful

Experiencia fantástica: Love how much it feels like home going in. Very welcoming place.

Experiencia positiva: Not real clean. Needs more free weight items. Has mostly sprint machines. Quiet place most of time so no need to wait on anything. I would love to see kettlebells and weighted balls. They make for a great workout. Also maybe some workout mats because that floor mat is really hard. I've not been in since you took over and I'm really excited to see the changes you make.

Experiencia fantástica: I began taking classes at this gym one month ago when I saw an announcement about it being under new ownership. I now go to several classes a week! It's very clean and I love that it's so much closer to home than my last gym. The classes have been a ton of fun and have really helped me stay consistent. I highly recommend it for anyone ready to get moving again!
