Experiencia fantástica: Last night the Krav Magna Round Rock Team hosted a highly informative seminar on self defense to our group of 15 year olds. The girls were highly engaged and learned so much to help themselves in vulnerable situations.

Experiencia fantástica: I've been a member of the gym for close to 7 years. The first time I stepped in the place I felt like I'm home. That time I didn't speak the language and I felt I'm lost, but when I went to take classes the owners and teachers were so helpful even though I had no clue what they talked about I felt myself safe and important. Every time when life brings something in my way that I can't step through, I just go to Krav, take a class and my head is clear. This is my therapy. They help you physically and mentally get your self-control back, through in classes, so you will know, you are able to push through on anything, defend yourself and your family and go home safe. They have very good fitness, yoga and amazing self defense classes. Whatever you are looking for, build muscle, lose weight, get cardio, learn self-defense, learn to fight your fears or if you would like to make friends, have some fun, it is the right place for you. I highly recommend it for anyone.
