Experiencia fantástica: I have never found a gym that made me feel welcome until I stepped foot in Regymen! They take incredibly care of all their clients and you find yourself wanting to go in and work as hard as you can. I’m having great success with my 6-week challenge where they provide support for nutrition and accountability. Can’t recommend them enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Regymen Fitness @ Round Rock = BombDigity! Great work outs! For past 3 weeks I have hit the 6am w/o 3-4 days a week. I dig it!. I like the motivation the instructors bring, I like the variation in exercise routines. The equipment is new and well maintained the facility is pristine. The sound system rocks - the music selection is great. The instructors do a great job demonstrating the proper exercise technique for the routine and will adjust/tweak your technique if required when you are working out. The front desk team is fantastic! They front desk and the instructors great you with a big hearty Texan welcome and goodbye. It's like an awesome work our family. I am using the Regymen work outs for a 6 week transition from weightlifting to summer triathlon training. Regymen Fitness RR is a blast - what an amazing start to the day.

Experiencia fantástica: Friendly staff and great coaches. Lots of energy and attention to detail. Recently moved to the area and I am happy to call this place my new gym home. Workouts have been fire so far, and I expect that to continue. Thanks for welcoming me and look forward to great things.

Experiencia positiva: Cool facility and motivated employees/training partners even if the advertisement on Facebook is a bit deceptive or misleading. I am interested in pursuing their challenges when I am fully capable of doing so. They'll definitely stay on your butt to meet your own goals that you want to see the results of. Motivated and eager to see you succeed in whatever you are willing to commit to for your own well-being and health. Focused on accountability and healthy eating habits which are areas most of us, myself especially, fail on a regular basis.

Experiencia fantástica: I love everything about Regymen! Great workouts, a variety of equipment and class times that fit any schedule. But the best part about Regymen Round Rock is the amazing coaches and staff! Not only do they always make me feel welcome, but they cheer me on and check in on me regularly. The coaches are also well educated, so they’re great for giving advice and answering questions you may have. If you’re looking for an above average workout experience, this is it.
