CrossFit^® North Fulton

Experiencia fantástica: I've had gym anxiety for a bit, mostly due to me being out of shape and not having the best knowledge. Thought I would join something geared towards a class style. Let me tell you how much it has helped me workout. Everyone is super motivating and really nice. 3 weeks in and I have so much more energy and don't feel like a potato. My dopamine levels are super high after workouts and I always feel great when I go home. Kim is super nice, awesome, and motivating and Brad is super cool too. I can't wait to be here longterm and to see the great progress! I 100% recommend Crossfit NF for people who are considering joining or looking for a fun challenge - great for all fitness levels :)

Experiencia fantástica: First off, Brad and Kim are just plain good hearted people. As a performance physio, I’m constantly looking at my athletes programming and coaching style. I feel totally safe sending my clients to CrossFit north Fulton to be in an environment that maximizes their fitness and performance safely and effectively. I’ve been to a bunch of CrossFit or functional fitness gyms that don’t go into the depth of warming up, skill technique, and coaching like CFNF does. Judgment free, incredibly inviting, and any level of fitness/CrossFit expertise should feel comfortable here!

Experiencia fantástica: Great gym! I've dropped in a few times, and the members are SO incredibly friendly and welcoming. (They NAIL the community aspect of CrossFit!) The Coaches are great, and the programming is excellent. I'll be back when in town again!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the most seriously professional and talented group of people! Give yourself the gift of being strong and success/confidence/power will follow. This is the best gym around. I’m even more impressed with how Kim has made thousands of masks for covid19 2020. She is a wonderful person; I’d trust her with your physical health.

Experiencia fantástica: This evening I took the 6 pm weightlifting class at CrossFit North Fulton and I loved it!! A solid hour plus of excellent weightlifting programming and accessory work with super nice people and the coaching by Meg and Kim was excellent! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back!
