Experiencia fantástica: Brandon’s experience and overall expertise in hypertrophy and quality of movements helped me recover and rehab herniated discs in my back from the military, he was the only trainer I’ve ever had to incorporate various movements that didn’t make my already daily pain level increase from working out and the programming he made. He always made time for me when needed to alter or adjust programming and his nutrition programming got me feeling and performing better. I have never felt so strong, nor as well rounded with overall muscular strength and stamina since injuring my back and being a disabled Veteran with a host of other injuries and immobility issues. Overall, I’m indebted to Iron Unity for helping me strengthen and restore mobility to my broken body and maintain an achievable physique and have a good balance with my nutrition.
