It's a great, clean facility and Sam is a super-experienced trainer who tailored fun, specific workouts for each of us according to our goals. During the pandemic, they even worked with us to make the most of the equipment we had at home.

He was very patient and took the time to learn my strengths and weaknesses while making sure I’m reaching my goals. He also had a level of empathy and insight that gave me the confidence to go harder and have faith in the progress!

I worked with Andres for several months and he was great! He made each workout unique and catered things to what I needed and liked. I felt like family here and I can't wait for my next workout!

Experiencia fantástica: My partner and I did buddy training at Evolve for a little over six months and LOVED it. From the very beginning, Meghan (who is one of the nicest people you will ever meet) was extremely welcoming, kind and helpful. We were matched up with Tim and couldn't have asked for a better trainer. He was very cognizant of prior injuries and took his time to get to know our strengths and areas we should work on. We were never shamed for having off days, not being able to do an exercise, or even for admitting to some poor eating choices! Tim did a great job at breaking up the workout with different exercises, and we always left feeling accomplished but not pushed past our limits. We also got great tips on exercises we can do at home and even meal planning suggestions. Evolve really provides a great community for building a healthier lifestyle - all of the trainers and other clients are friendly and help motivate each other. We felt and looked the best we ever have, and we would still be going there today if we hadn't moved out of state. I cannot recommend this place enough. We've searched high and low in our new city to find something comparable and it just isn't out there. Don't take it for granted!
