Experiencia fantástica: As a competitive strongman, this gym is as close as it gets to my home gym in MA. Is perfect for those that aren't in competitive strength sports as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Been working out here for over 30 years off and on and i can say that anything you might be looking for in terms of fitness can be found here. Staff is incredibly nice and helpful, members are all friendly and cost is relatively inexpensive. Serious weight lifters would particularly love this place.

Experiencia fantástica: I love this type of gyms. When I visit Rolla, I like to come here. Those commercial gyms are not family friendly

Experiencia fantástica: I am an assistant coach here at Missouri S&T. Peggy and staff helped our athletic program by loaning us some of their equiptment so we can still work out and socially distance. Now we have the resources to have 3 weight rooms for all of our student-athletes and they can all socially distance while working out.
