This is not just a gym or a class, it’s a family. The coaches are top notch and genuinely care. I can’t imagine ours days without FiF!

The vibes are always great & we’re all like a big family. I always look forward to going and I always leave there satisfied with every single workout.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love what has happened to my body through the exercise classes I have taken Ms. Angel, Ms. Darby and Ms. Makeda. I started taking classes three times a week in March 2019 and have experienced so much improvement in my upper body strength and core. My belly is the flattest it has ever been in my life! The classes are challenging and provide enough variety in skills that it never becomes routine drudgery. The trainers really care about the participants and welcome feedback to help improve the classes. Their joyful demeanor in their instruction makes us energized to do the hard work. These classes have been the highlight discovery of my retirement!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Angel and Darby. They're great instructors, always upbeat and highly motivational. Jennifer has added a nice, whole body yoga session to round out the week.

Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about this great place. I played on heavy bags and speed bags before when I was younger, I’m older now, but never did I workout like a boxer. I was never taught but watched YouTube and read some books on it. I have an idea of boxing but it’s new to me and I’m learning new skills and workouts while getting fit attending classes. It’s a slow progress for me but It’s a fitness and boxing tied into 1. It’s a Great workout and conditioning. Also a Cool idea is that if you just wanna workout then do it but if you wanna turn up the flame you can, because coach Angel is a certified USA Boxing coach for competition too. In the end, all I can say is this place has good prices, good workouts and good people who run it. No regrets...
