Experiencia fantástica: I have absolutely loved my time at Senz! The studio is so unique and filled with some of the kindest people. Of the fitness instructors I met, Felicia and Melanie were my personal favorites. They are both so positive, bubbly and lead classes with grace, knowledge, and an encouraging spark. Also, the studio was absolutely spotless every time I went to class! I am so impressed by the team here and was sad to leave when I moved out of state. If you live around the Rockville MD area, you MUST try Senz. Truly the best fitness center I have ever been to.

Experiencia fantástica: This studio offers something for everyone under one roof. I have taken some of the best indoor cycling and hot yoga/Pilates classes here. There are also some seasonal non fitness activities which are really fun.

Experiencia fantástica: I just recently joined Senz and I am having a amazing time. The instructors are extremely nice and great at what they do. I have never done Hot Yoga before I joined so I was a little nervous but the instructors are helpful and made the class enjoyable. 100/10 would recommend

Experiencia fantástica: Senz is beautiful, luxurious and warm setting create the ultimate relaxation experience for your body and your mind. The services that I receive in Senz is excellent and the staff are friendly and very professional. All classes were excellent, The instructor was incredibly knowledgeable. Words fail me but Senz didn’t – I wish I had the words to express my gratitude , I am so grateful for my experience at Senz.

Experiencia fantástica: I signed up for the New Student 7-Day pass. I tried all the classes and loved every single one, Rhonda - teaches Spin, was my favorite. I also tried Yoga (hot and restorative) for the first time and my body thanked me. I love the different options Senz has and their focus on mental wellness as well as physical. I got a new job that unfortunately doesn't allow me to go anymore but if my schedule eases up I'll definitely come back. It might seem pricey but if you can go often, it's worth it. 10/10 recommend.
