Experiencia fantástica: Great place to lift heavy and do Olympic lifts. They have multiple platforms for Olympic lifts. They also have a lot of equipment catered to women just starting to lift (lighter bars, full size but lighter plates for rows and dead-lifts). The coaches have a lot of experience and offer private training sessions.
