Experiencia fantástica: First workout in YEARS and it was terrific. I took a boxing class but it was more than just punching a bag. Dj Doug combined high intensity bag training with a whole body workout that focused on legs, arms, core, AND the mind. The environment at Title Boxing is welcoming, energetic and supportive. I cannot say enough great things about this place. If you haven't been, GO! Put your gym shoes on, wear your gym clothes, bring a HUGE bottle of water, and the coaches will guide you through the rest. I will definitely be back!

Experiencia fantástica: My Husband and I recently signed up! We were amazed with the amount of couples and families come together! Very family friendly place- variety of trainers all with different styles! Also very nice gym inside that members can utilize! Definitely something for everyone here!

Experiencia fantástica: 12/10 would recommend for anyone to try — first class is free so no reason not to! Amazing staff and trainers that motivate and guide you every step of the way to help meet your fitness goals. The members are kind and are a second family that push me harder and hold me accountable. It’s a great HIIT workout that can be adjusted for any fitness level.

The workouts are great & the trainers are helpful and friendly! I have so much fun, I almost forget I’m working out. Best Title Boxing Club around, hands down ????????

Experiencia fantástica: I never saw boxing as something I would enjoy (and was extremely intimated walking in there the first time). BUT after my first class I instantly knew I had to be a part of the Title Fam! The trainers are all amazing and you never get the same workout twice! It’s a great full body workout and after a month of classes I’m already noticing positive results! I cannot recommend Title Boxing Club Shelby Twp more!
