Experiencia fantástica: My children have been taking classes here for over two years. Coach Kirk and the rest of the staff are wonderful. Kind and uplifting with just the right amount of toughness when needed. Kirk is strict during class and plays around with the kids after. My boys have learned so much and have great workouts. I don't expect my boys to compete, I just wanted a place were they could have a good workout without the pressure of a team sport. If they decide to go on to compete later, we'll follow that where it leads. I have started doing taking an evening class for men and women. I'm totally out of shape, but getting there! They welcome ALL with open arms. A truly judgment free zone to help you improve in all the ways you want to!
