Experiencia fantástica: I was referred by a close friend to Body Strong Life because of my love of health and wellness. I also have been suffering from chronic back pain for over 17 years. Immediately upon calling and meeting Alex, I told him my main focus was my back pain. He immediately said he would do everything he could to get my pain level down. I believed him. He catered to how I was feeling every time I worked out with him and also helped gather up a plan to workout depending on my pain level that day. He’s gotten to know what’s working and what’s not and he has always been so helpful and encouraging to get me to the level I need to be to be strong and feel better. I feel so much better and my pain level has gone down significantly. Having a one on one personal trainer working with me to find me my optimal health and wellness level has been the icing on the cake. I was a skeptic at first but Alex made me a believer. I would recommend him to anyone looking to get healthy in a short period of time and feel amazing!!! Thank you Alex for your commitment to all your clients. I think what you do is incredible!!

Experiencia fantástica: I recently did the one week trial and was so impressed! Alex was very knowledgeable, friendly, professional, and motivating during each of my sessions. He was able to answer all of my questions with supportive research and important info. My favorites were the ARX and all of the recovery equipment. I have watched some videos on their social media pages, but I truly believe you need to come in to experience it for yourself to get a genuine understanding/feel for the equipment and the benefits. The facility was very clean and well-maintained, and all of the members that came in were friendly, which created a positive environment I’d enjoy coming back to. Thank you for an amazing and strong experience, I’ll definitely be back!
