Experiencia fantástica: Iv tried all the gyms in roanoke rapids, non of them are bad! But something about Iron works makes me more motivated, there perosnal trainer and owner are great people and super friendly! When I need a spot or help with ym weights my social anxiety dosnt flair up as much caude I know everyone in there is well...friendly and supportive!

Experiencia fantástica: I travel a lot for work and finding a new gym is always a top priority. This gym is one of my favorite I’ve ever been a member at. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a gym in the area or to any travelers doing a stint at the hospital. Tracy is awesome and keeps his gym in top shape and is suitable for everyone no matter your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: The owner is very polite. He is very knowledgeable of all the equipment. If you're uncertain about anything he will help you. I love working out at this gym. He knows about my health condition. He makes sure to check on me periodically. Makes sure that I am taking it easy. Prices are reasonable. I would definitely recommend everyone to come to this gym.
