Experiencia fantástica: I decided to join Big Lick about 8 months ago and absolutely love it. The owners Traci & Doug are super friendly. My goals are to become stronger and healthier to be able to continue do the things I love to do most in life. This place is like family. All the coaches are very knowledgeable and great to work with. Your workout is customized to you and you never feel uncomfortable. Everyone here is very welcoming and encouraging that you want to come back. I’m so I blessed to be apart of this great team!!

Experiencia fantástica: Big Lick CrossFit was an awesome place to drop-in! They were friendly, knowledgeable and the facility was great! I would recommend this place as a home box or a drop-in box for traveling cross fitters!

Experiencia fantástica: I had a great experience at Big Lick Crossfit! Even though I was only in the area for a few weeks, I felt immediately welcomed into this Crossfit community. I was pleasantly surprised to have been in the same morning classes as the owners too, who lead by example. Thanks Doug, Traci, and the rest of the Big Lick team.

Experiencia fantástica: I go to different CrossFit Gyms whenever I am on my vacation, and this is the best one I have ever been to! I drove 45 minutes each way to come! The owner, Tracy, was so helpful and communicating. I loved the coaches especially Karen who I had 2 days in a row— she gave me helpful tips and lots of encouragement. I loved how boisterous and encouraging everyone was. Even though the workouts were hard, especially the 12 days of Christmas, no one took themselves too seriously and was super supportive of each other! I will gladly visit my in-laws just so I can come back to Big Lick CrossFit!
