Experiencia fantástica: I’ve been a member for a little bit over a year every class I attend is so welcoming the other group members are always laughing and enjoying their time there as well as supporting each other to push ourselves to a new limit. The coach there by the name of Cesar is well knowledgeable in injuries so with knee problems that I get he is open to help and adjust any work out with. I highly recommend this gym

Experiencia fantástica: Life First Group is one the best gyms I've ever been apart of, everyone there makes you feel like you belong, not like the other gyms where you feel like you're alone and being judged. The trainers are exceptional, very professional and takes an interest in you no matter what level your at. The gym is clean and has all the updated equipment needed for you to reach any level goal you're striving to reach. I would and have recommended L1G to my family and friends... Experiencia fantástica: This is not your ordinary gym it’s a family. Not only is the training top quality but all the staff goes above and beyond to get a plan together to reach your fitness goals and they hold you accountable. They motivate you ,they push you out of your comfort zone , and they make you realize that your body with the right and safe training can do more thank what you believe. They also give you knowledge in fitness and health and why we train and do what we do. I love this gym. The positivity is what keeps me going. Joesph and Ceaser are why I go they are so passionate of their art and are excited to share their knowledge with you. They are not like a generic gym that will just take your money and let you show up once in a while to take your money, they want to make your money an investment in yourself !!!!
