F45 Training Riverdale

Experiencia fantástica: Just finished my first week and it was amazing! Coaches address you by name which i think is nice and shows they take an interest, they are also super motivating and knowledgeable. The members are all so friendly and it's not intimidating at all being a newbie. The workouts are fun and tough and for someone new, you can modify any of the movements. The class schedule is perfect for anyone that works. They offer a variety of class times in the AM and PM. I knew after day 1 this was my place. If anyone is on the fence just try it. You have nothing loose.

Experiencia fantástica: Great place! Intimidating if you a first timer and are watching every YouTube video the night before. My first day was brutal, but the coaches are awesome! They make you feel comfortable and capable of pushing your body further. After the free trial I had to join!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love F45 Training Riverdale. The trainers are extremely knowledgeable, help in both pushing you to reach goals but also giving suggestions if you get fatigued or need a modification. The workouts are amazing and I am averaging at least 600 calories burned each session. I feel great walking out of that studio every day. The camaraderie at the studio is an added bonus. I have never felt nervous about training at the studio, and it is clear they are taking sanitation seriously through the pandemic.
