Sparring is only engaged in if students are well prepared and adhere to all safety protocols. Unfortunately, not all are prepared to meet the standards of excellence required to enter the ring or to continue to train here.

Experiencia fantástica: I LOST 30 LBS TRAINING HERE! Brotherhood is exactly what it says it is, a brotherhood! I have never been pushed harder or felt more a part of a gym like I did here! Coach Ray and Fabio are the real deal, this ain't your typical boxercise gym, these cats are serious about the sport of boxing and even more serious about getting to know you and supporting you in reaching your goals. I moved out of state, but if I were still in NYC I would come back in heartbeat! If you're interested in learning to box, do yourself a favor and join brotherhood, believe me you won't be sorry! PS - They also have an amazing kids program!
