Experiencia fantástica: I have known Gina for 13 years. I began my Pilates teacher training at her studio in Tenafly. Gina had become a mentor for me. The knowledge she has of mind and body is abundant and she loves to share. Many of our conversations were about the biomechanics of the body and why a particular exercise was necessary for an individual. Having multiple private sessions in her studio has helped my body feel less achy, and more flexible and stronger.

She genuinely cares about her clients and checks in regularly to make sure things are going well or if there is anything you need. I have known Gina for years and she has been a huge motivator in my life. She has taught me Pilates the correct way and helped my sciatica issues and now she continues to help me with nutrition and my overall well-being!
