Experiencia fantástica: I can not say enough wonderful things about JNA! I was very intimidated to go back to a gym after working out at home for the past 2 years, but a friend brought me in and it has been amazing! The trainers and owners are so welcoming and helpful, everyone always has such a positive energy. They are very motivating and have a way of pushing you to do your best when you think you have no more to give. Each workout is different and they give options if you are sore or have an injury so no one gets hurt. The atmosphere is fun, the clients are friendly and the trainers are very knowledgeable. I highly recommend this gym to anyone.

Experiencia fantástica: Extremely welcoming community and the trainers bring fun energy. No matter what skill level you are at, the workouts will push you and you'll walk out feeling accomplished. The trainers get to know your name and make sure to ask if you have any injuries. When doing a workout, it feels like you are part of a team and it was not intimidating to go by myself the first class.
