Experiencia fantástica: Serious fitness and wellness here. This industrial but serious place is about you and getting to your goals. Hours are: Mon-Thurs: 0500-1000 and 1600-2100 (4-9pm) with Friday 0500-1000 and 1600-2000 (4-8pm) Just off Crab River and behind the Bucees- it’s tucked away but not hidden. The Dental office is out front. The facility has handicap accessible parking and while the main entrance isn’t automated- it’s passable. Ample parking.

Experiencia fantástica: Initially the idea of joining a new gym was terrifying but now I regret not joining sooner. It’s perfect for anyone no matter where you are on your fitness journey because you are encouraged to work at your own pace. The coaches also make it fun with their crazy sense of humor.

Experiencia fantástica: This gym is great. They keep the place really clean and organized, and have cleaning supplies available to wipe down your equipment. The owner, Fredie, is very welcoming and friendly.
