Experiencia fantástica: I went to this gym for a few months and had a lot of fun. The size of the gym is a lil small compared to previous gyms I've been to but it has such a big and welcoming community. The owners are very friendly and their coaching/instruction are great.

Experiencia fantástica: Dropped in on the fly and had a great workout! Fantastic coaches, the members and the owners were warm and welcoming, Richmond is lucky to have such a well run Crossfit gym!

Experiencia fantástica: Shockoe Bottom Performance is a great gym and community with passionate owners and coaches who put a ton of energy and effort into their gym members. Been here for 4+ years and looking forward to many many more. On a personal level, I also have a ton of respect for people who stand up for their beliefs / doing what is right knowing there will be backlash. Stay strong and keep doing what you are doing. There are a ton of people in your corner who value everything you put into the community so just let the weak minded thin themselves out over time.
