CrossFit^® Extremity

Experiencia fantástica: CrossFit Extremity has such a huge place in my fitness role and life. I began working out at Rich's downtown Beyond Limits gym. He went out of his way as a gym owner to get to know me as a business client and as somebody experimenting with fitness goals. He recommended CrossFit to me a couple times, but it took awhile for me to take the bait. I started my CrossFit journey at CF Extremity and continued working out there for just over a year. I found myself making huge strides in my fitness journey in a short amount of time. My coaches (Lacy, Orion, and Rich) were experts in correcting form and modifying workouts/coming up with alternatives but their programming was still comprehensive, challenging, and fun. There were many times that my morning workouts were one on one with Lacy, and she became not just a coach and mentor for physical fitness but also for all the trials and tribulations in my life. She became a personal cheerleader for me as I shared my passing test scores, personal goals, and other life events with her. Although I didn't attend Rich's evening classes as much, he was still frequently seen around the gym and made an effort to go out of his way to talk to me. More so, the gym does a couple events a year (fundraising competitions, pool parties, and other get togethers) that foster and encourage friendships. I travel frequently for work and often find myself dropping in to other locations, so I've been to about 20 CF gyms in my fitness journey. CrossFit Extremity has one of the largest facilities with everything that you could possibly want or need. It was great to have all that space for when the gym was a little busier in the evening, or for when I didn't want to participate in a class but still wanted to get a workout in. Both CF Extremity and BLT downtown are 24-hour access gyms, making it ideal for people with flexible schedules that still need access to a CF box outside of normal class times. One of the best things about CF Extremity is its affordability. In some cases, CF Extremity was less than HALF of some other gyms in the greater Columbus area. Not only is it markedly cheaper than other CrossFit gyms in the area, but your CrossFit Extremity membership gives you 24-hour access to both their east and downtown locations (parking included!) and UNLIMITED CrossFit classes, making it one of the most affordable and accessible gyms I've ever been a part of. Despite the fact that I've moved out of the area, I continue to stay in contact with Rich, Lacy, and the members of CrossFit Extremity. I am forever appreciative of their guidance, coaching, and mentorship in CrossFit and lifting, but also of their friendship. I'm not sponsored to say anything about CrossFit Extremity but I truly cannot say enough good things. If you're thinking about giving CrossFit a try, I recommend coming here!!!

Experiencia fantástica: If you’re looking for a great community to get fit with, CFE is the place to go. The coaches are knowledgeable, personable and helpful. The programming is designed to challenge you, but meet you at your level. Whether you’re a beginner or a more advanced athlete, CFE will help you meet your goals.

Experiencia fantástica: Both my 11 and 14 year-old sons have been with CrossFit Extremity for two years allowing them to advance quickly and strongly in their school sports. Excellent training for any child athlete. For me, at age 50, professional trainers are knowledgeable, kind, and patient. AM/PM classes. They will help you succeed if you are up for the work.

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym, the coaches, and the people! It is family owned and operated and you can feel that. The owners care about you and your family. We have had group pool parties, dog park walks, birthday parties Christmas parties it’s so much more than a gym it’s a community. I couldn’t imagine seeing myself at anther gym.
