Kaia FIT Sierra - West Reno

Experiencia fantástica: I love the energy and the connections between Kaia ladies! I remember taking my first ever barre class at this location. I am glad that all the kaia locations now have both lighter and heavier hand weights and that there is such a mix of classes including cross training, barre, trx, yoga, lift. Attending a mix of classes is a great way to keep your body guessing about what is next.

Experiencia fantástica: I cannot say enough good things about Kaia FIT Sierra! It's such an incredibly motivating space! The West Reno studio is absolutely an excellent studio to start with. The 5am regulars are the most welcoming women! I have a blast every time I join one of their classes.

Experiencia fantástica: The West Reno location with Kaia FIT Sierra is one of the top fitness locations in this area. It serves the women of our community on so many levels. They offer a variety of classes: cross training, TRX, yoga, barre, just to name a few. I have found that the coaching from the trainers to be extremely professional and they are also very knowledgeable in their industry. A few times a year, Kaia Fit offers boot camps that really challenge the Kaia girls on a physical, mental and nutritional level. I just love Kaia FIT and I always get in the best shape when I am committed to their programs and classes.
