Experiencia fantástica: Best CrossFit gym in Reno!!! The thought of joining a new gym was intimidating at first, but the coaches and members are all so friendly and welcoming! Regardless of your skill level, the community is so supportive and will cheer you on every step of the way. It’s a judgment free zone and that’s where most gyms get it wrong, but not Wolf Valley Performance.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t usually like a place enough to go out of my way to write a review but Wolf Valley made me feel welcomed and comfortable from the very beginning. The classes are fun and the people are great! I would highly recommend this box to anyone who is considering starting and even veterans. The instructors are top class and they know what they are talking about!

Experiencia fantástica: WVP is the best CrossFit gym in Reno you can't change my mind!! The decision to start quite literally changed my life. Trust me I was TERRIFIED to go in for the first time but right away they made me feel welcome and important to them and that was the best feeling for scared little me. Not only am I getting stronger and more fit, I'm also learning what it means to train, working on my mental blocks and how to overcome them, learning about my strengths and weaknesses as an athlete, and being part of an amazingly supportive community all by just showing up! It's been almost two years for me now and I have no intention of stopping any time soon. You should definitely try it out!

Experiencia fantástica: Stacey and Donnie are both great trainers! They're very knowledgeable and are always ready to help you out. The combination of training and nutritional background makes them a very effective team when it comes to improving your performance.
