EVOKE Fitness Training Complex

Experiencia fantástica: There are a lot of gyms I like but not many compare to Evoke. I recently completed a six week challenge there and I got to see what a great place this is. My friend has gone and she talked about how great it was and I had to check it out for myself. I love group fitness classes and that’s definitely something they specialize in. They offer a variety of times for group classes and they accommodate all skill levels so there’s always something for everyone. Mena, Christine, Evven, Carlos and Sarah are all great coaches and push you in the best way. My only complaint is I wish that the patrons cleaned their own equipment, but other than that, there’s nothing wrong with Evoke. I’m so glad I found Evoke!

Experiencia fantástica: I would have to say hands down that Evoke is one of the best gyms that I have worked out in! The trainers are very knowledgeable and compassionate. They know and understand your limits. They modify to your abilities and make it fun. I entered this gym very out of shape and overweight. Never once did I feel uncomfortable or unsupported. I would recommend this gym to anyone and everyone! And a true bonus is their kids camp! My girls love it and can’t wait to go back the next day!!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I love Evoke Fitness, the trainers are very professional and tough but personal and kind too!! They take the time to learn about your limitations and work with you on any physical restrictions you may have, personalizing the program for each clients goals and fitness level!! I find working out at Evoke Fitness is motivating and I am working out in small groups which helps keep me accountable and it feels great cheering each other on!!

Experiencia fantástica: Mena and her team are great! The workouts are always challenging and super fun. It’s changed my life and body for the better. Since starting at Evoke in April 2021, I get so many compliments and questions about how I got fit. I have worked out most of my life but I was doing it wrong for so many years. The EVOKE team helped me get it right and balanced. Everyone is so nice and it’s a really welcoming environment. I wish my scheduled allowed me to go everyday :)

Experiencia fantástica: This place changed my life!! It’s very accommodating and the trainers are AMAZING!! If you are looking for a community-feel gym this is the gym for you! Great atmosphere and everyone supports everyone.
