Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love this gym! The coaches are so welcoming and accommodating to specific needs. There are no feelings of embarrassment or intimidation as everyone is very welcoming and encouraging! The thing I love about this gym, is the coaches really do encourage woman of all different shapes, sizes, limitations ect. They are very knowledgeable and they incorporate many different workouts! Absolutely would recommend 10/10!!!

Experiencia fantástica: Super fun class! Michelle pushed me to go harder the whole time while showing me how to do good form and understand the lingo. But it was totally doable for being new to doing a workout class. Loved it!

Experiencia fantástica: This is a great gym! The people and atmosphere are inviting. There is always a different sequence of workouts so that you don’t get burnt out on doing the same thing over and over. Give this place a try, your first class is free!

Experiencia fantástica: I decided to try my first class at FemFit after having my 3rd child, I love working out but really admired the women’s health and postpartum knowledge that was incorporated into this gym. I tried my first free class, and was instantly hooked. The environment, community, knowledge and coaches all make this place very welcoming and special. No matter your fitness level, or stages in your life, FemFit is for all women. Over my first 6 months, I have seen and felt and incredible difference of strength in my pelvic floor, which is a huge victory with in itself! I started adding other classes FemFit has to offer, and I highly recommend each one!
