Experiencia fantástica: There’s a fantastic variety of classes which I love. All instructors modify moves so that every fitness level is welcome. And speaking of welcome, you will not only be welcomed by the awesome instructors but the members that are there are truly the most welcoming non judgmental people I have ever had the pleasure of knowing! So thankful I found this place!

Experiencia fantástica: I absolutely love the classes that FTFF has to offer! The owner and often time instructor, Lisa, is amazing. She inspires you and encourages you to work to your potential (but without being pushy!). I have come and gone over time (due to not making fitness a priority :( ) and I always feel welcomed back and excited to see everyone again. This is definitely a safe place to try new classes, and get fit no matter your fitness level!

Experiencia fantástica: I have been exercising here for a few years now and I love it. The staff is super friendly and inviting no matter your fitness or comfort level. There are a variety of classes offered such as Zumba, Rowing, Yoga, Piloxing, Piloxing Barre, Power Core, and more. There are few payment structures which make it flexible to an individual's time and needs. Also, there are no contracts. Can't make it for a month for some reason? You don't have to pay for that month. I've gone to several places to exercise and this is by far my favorite place.
