Experiencia fantástica: This gym is amazing! I stopped working out and and had little energy for over a year. I ran into the owner and he told me to come in and do some training with him. He is awesome and a world class trainer! I’m in my 50’s and am getting toned and have incredible energy and best of all, I love going to the gym. I look forward to it! His wife Brenda is a doll and everyone working out there from athletes, to students, to Silver Sneakers and everyone in between are so friendly. I don’t know their names but everyone encourages everyone. Can’t speak highly enough! Give it a try, I promise you will not be disappointed. Best decision for me!!

Experiencia fantástica: DFS is the best gym experience you can have! I never imagined I would be one to go to a gym, but after a very short time, knew this was special! They define the word friendly. I train with Bill, the owner, and can honestly say that he is the absolute best in the business! I'm in my 60's and feel 20 years younger! Add to all this the fact that there are many classes included with your membership, from spin to yoga!! Highly recommended for anyone who has decided they want to be better!!
