Experiencia fantástica: I can’t say enough good things about Truth Fitness! I started working out with Rafael Capiro the owner about three months ago going twice a week and it’s been such a great addition to my overall fitness. I’m an active person but had plateaued with my regular routine of running and yoga. I was looking to mix it up and take my workouts up a notch. Truth Fitness came highly recommended on Next Door and I reached out to Rafael to learn more. I have never been a big gym person but I have been incredibly surprised at how much I enjoy the workouts. Given that it is a private gym I love that I am not working out with lots of others around. Rafael tailors all the workouts to the individual and every session is varied and never boring or routine. He is challenging me with my workouts little by little but it hasn’t felt intimidating or overwhelming. I have learned so much and already feel like I notice a big difference in my strength and I’m excited to keep working toward bigger fitness goals. My 11 year old son has also been doing weekly sports conditioning with Rafael and Robin and it’s been a great complement to his soccer. I definitely recommend Truth Fitness, Rafael and Robin!

Experiencia fantástica: Very knowledgeable about health, fitness, and nutrition! I trained with him when I played lacrosse in high school; now I'm back from college and have been going to him for more generalized strength training. Any time I have an injury or need help with a specific problem, he's the first one I'll come to. I can't recommend him enough!!
