If you are looking for a clean gym with top-of-the-line equipment/ recovery room and a great atmosphere Moventous is the place to go!

Experiencia fantástica: Truly remarkable gym, great owner, very personable, great environment, great place for people who are serious about establishing, maintaining and or getting back into fitness. Great for those in the rancho cordova area who want a small gym to workout in as opposed to the big commercial gyms far away.

Experiencia fantástica: The MOVENTOUS is one of the best gyms I’ve experienced so far. The place is well equipped with up-to-date training machines and quite a comfortable space for working out. Most specially, the gym is run by a well experienced owner, mr. Ryan White. His knowledge for training directions in any particular equipment is quite impeccable. His approach to training is extremely well thought out and very individual desires for clients, especially for the older folks. I’ve been training with mr. White in the past three years and he has helped me to improve my physical well being tremendously. Besides the well spaced equipment room, the gym has offered various rooms, such as recovery room..., for the individual member needs. I highly recommend the MOVENTOUS to you and really encourage you try to get a training schedule with mr. White. I’m sure you will never regret it. Hieu.
