Experiencia positiva: After care workers excellent ! Management skills not so much. We enrolled our daughter into the aftercare program in August that takes place in the cafeteria at the school. The first month ( September 2021 ) we paid in full however she didn’t start attending till October due to a staff shortage. When we came in person for the registration I provided my bank info for automatic pay. The receptionist clearly did not now what she was doing because I then get a phone call in the beginning of December MONTHS LATER that we have over an 800 dollar balance due to no payments ( we signed up for auto pay ) also that we apparently owe for September when the after care program wasn’t even in session. My question is how do we owe for the month of September when she was not even attending? Try to reach a manager but all you get is the run around and get transferred to a voicemail.
