Experiencia fantástica: I have always been an athlete, but since High School I seemed to carry around an extra 10 lbs. no matter what I did. In the Army I excelled at physical fitness, but still carried that extra weight. Eventually I began to believe that my body was just meant to be that way. Since starting FFS Crossfit three months ago, those 10 extra lbs have disappeared! Three months!?!?! My body has began to take its' true shape and I feel better than ever. Even better, all of my clothes are too big and I crave going to the gym for a workout. The owners and athletes at FFS are the most encouraging and friendly people I have ever met. Never once have I felt uncomfortable going there. I have learned a lot of new skills and do not need to be embarassed as I learn. My children are able to come along and be cared for during the WOD. I have been to two other Crossfit facilities, and FFS is the best experience by far!

Experiencia fantástica: I was in town for Thanksgiving and dropped-in for a work out. Chris and his crew were great! The box (gym) was clean, well kept and perfect for Crossfit. I would join if I lived in Pueblo, but will have to stop by next time I am in the area. Thanks Chris!
